Department Overview The Service Operation Department supports the growth of Rakuten Card by maintaining the IT platform, which is the backbone of our rapidly evolving services. In addition to infrastructure construction and operations, the department drives system evolution through innovative operational improvement activities, such as the application of cutting-edge technologies. To further expand our business, we are looking for team members who can grow with us as we expand our operations base in Tokyo. This position offers the opportunity to not only manage large-scale IT platforms but also contribute to the evolution of our systems. This position is designed to solve daily challenges with high productivity. We aim to build a "Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team" that pursues the reliability and productivity of the system platform supporting Rakuten Card's business. This role offers opportunities to work in various areas, including servers, networks, security, and databases.
