Work as a team member to obtain plant & departmental goals. Safely operate equipment in a manner to ensure a maximum product throughput and minimum downtime including clearing & restarting machinery as necessary. Visually inspect & gauge product in production. Documenting inspection results. Report any non-conformances to front line leadership. Correctly complete daily production reports & submit at shift’s end. Feed materials to machines to keep production running. Read & interpret traveler/work order. Operate & understand MATTEC software. Perform routine housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance as assigned/required. Uphold Safety Absolutes. Work & perform to ISO standards, SOPs and established Work Instructions. Uphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting. Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English. Capable of lifting up to 35lbs repeatedly. Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Bump Cap or Hard Hat, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask. Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working required overtime. High School Graduate or equivalent. Negative drug screen results. Work in a safe manner. Previous experience in an assembly operation preferred. Additional Information 12 hour shift (2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off)  Climate Controlled Environment Additional $1.50/hr differential for night shift. Contribution to Safety, Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Maintain a clean, healthy and safe workplace by ensuring adherence to safety standards. Conduct required safety reviews of equipment and processes prior to project start-up. Support the accomplishment of your work groups through the quality, timeliness and professionalism of your attitude. Supply accurate and timely data as required by performance tracking and reporting. Apply resources in a manner that maximizes their effectiveness while assuring quality. Maintain a work environment that will contribute to the assurance of safety and GMP compliance. Adhere to established procedures, perform self-checking and pay attention to detail in the performance of you and your team’s work. Notify management in a timely manner of any problems with procedural compliance. Report observed quality problems and deficiencies in a timely manner. Make recommendations to management for improving the quality and efficiency of your work. Oversee work to ensure projects are completed.
