Position: Why We Hire Recruiting additional staff due to resource shortages caused by increased workload. Position Details You will be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with your division and other HR departments (CoE). In the future, you will also be responsible for HR strategy as HRBP. - Procedures for joining and leaving the company, maternity and paternity leave, etc. - Evaluation operations. - Labor management. - Recruiting planning and operations. - Responding to enquiries from employees, etc. Mandatory Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in HR. - Experience of communication in English environment   (Foreign study, business use, etc.) Desired Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of labor law. - Experience as HRBP/HR generalist. - Experience of using English in the workplace. Desired Personality - Able to work steadily on complex tasks close to the field. - Able to act with a sense of speed and flexibility in the face of change. - Strong interest in cutting edge technology.
