Cox can deliver all of that and   you’re   the person to make it happen!   Here’s   a peek at your day:   You’ll   negotiate residential service agreements.     You’ll   ensure all agreements and contracts are   accurate , complete and align with company standards and system strategies.   You’ll   identify   and assess service opportunities in various territories, evaluating their value and serviceability.   You’ll   assess the telecommunications and entertainment needs of potential clients, deliver product   presentations   and suggest solutions that complement the customers’ business strategies.     You’ll   serve as a community ambassador of Cox Communications, recognized as a MDU subject matter expert.     You’ll   establish   a presence in the community through participation and leadership of relevant boards,   groups   and committees.     You’ll   anticipate   the MDU residents’ next need and   provide   opportunity,   direction   and feedback to local & ATL MDU team members.       Who You   Are     You’re   our client’s trusted adviser. Ethical sales practices are important to you.   You’ll   have a lot of irons in the fire for every deal, and   you’re   driven by detail down to every dotted “I” and crossed “T.” You also meet these requirements:     Qualifications:     Required   Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field   Safe Drivers Needed; valid   driver's   license   required .   Preferred   Strong knowledge of   CRM   and database tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,   SPSS   and   SAS .     Excellent interpersonal, leadership,   presentation   and collaborative skills.    A strong understanding of business acumen.     Strong sales and negotiation/strategic prudence .          Join the team and make your mark on entire communities.
