Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen und schätzen sicherheitsorientierte Teamarbeit? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig! Verantwortlichkeiten Sicheres Steuern und Überwachen der Anlage – sowohl in der Messwarte als auch im Außenbereich. Analyse von Prozessverläufen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Anlagenprozessen. Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen. Aktive Beteiligung an geplanten Anlagenabstellungen und vorbeugender Instandhaltung. Qualifikationen Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einer chemisch-technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Chemikant:in, Mechatroniker:in oder Elektroniker:in). Gutes Verständnis physikalisch-chemischer und prozesstechnischer Zusammenhänge sowie chemischer Technologien. Berufserfahrung im Betrieb verfahrenstechnischer Großanlagen im Schichtdienst. Kenntnisse in vorbeugenden Instandhaltung. Körperliche Fitness, inkl. G26.3- und Schichttauglichkeit. Fähigkeiten Hohe Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv und sicher mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten und gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen. Serviceorientierung: Ein starkes Engagement für die Bedürfnisse und Zufriedenheit der internen und externen Kunden. Sicherheitsbewusstsein, um mögliche Gefahren frühzeitig zu erkennen und gezielt Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um Unfälle und Verletzungen vorzubeugen. Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um Informationen klar und präzise zu vermitteln. Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für eigene Handlungen und Entscheidungen zu übernehmen. Fähigkeit, Probleme systematisch zu analysieren und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln.
