Summary Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. Job Description Your Role – Support daily operations of glass fabrication, including glass lathes, anode sleeve production, and bulb joining. Collaborate with Glass blowers to analyze and improve process parameters for yield, cycle time, and quality. Lead and document Process Qualification (PQ) activities for Process Qualification/Validation Builds including: Process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), Gage R&R ,measurement system analysis and Test method validation. Qualification protocols (PQ) Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or quality issues. Support Glass fab by establishing best practices and safety protocols. Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams  to ensure smooth operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Perform acceptance test as per the specifications and WI to ensure parts cleaning meets specifications. Perform basic equipment troubleshooting. Setup Training plan for new operators Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing of relevant technical documents. Organizes and conducts meetings with cross functional teams as and when required.  Documents work/deliverables according to the company standards and ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Your Profile: Bachelor/master’s degree in mechanical engineering  5+years of related experience Ability to multi-task effectively Proactive problem-solving mindset.
