Summary Extensive hands-on experience with both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole (THT) assembly lines in high-volume, High-Mix Low Volume manufacturing environments, Responsible for Effective utilisation of Production Crews & optimizing, monitoring, and troubleshooting PCB assembly processes, ensuring the highest levels of quality, Throughput, yield. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. Job Description Your Role – Take ownership of all SMT PCB Assembly Operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met across all shifts. Identify Process related defects and provide immediate technical support to continue production by identifying the root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures. Monitor and ensure the Production KPI’s (key Performance Indicators) are consistently achieved. Basic knowledge of SMT equipment programming, Preparing the Solder paste Printer programs and Reflow Thermal Profiling. Managing the Production Changeovers quickly by transferring / editing of relevant Recipes. Monitoring Open Work Order and keep track of aging work Orders. Ensure ESD compliance and shopfloor discipline. Shift scheduling and manpower allocation. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or quality issues. Continuous improvement initiatives and kaizens Perform basic equipment troubleshooting. Conducting on job Training to new operators Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing of relevant technical documents. Organizes and conducts meetings with cross functional teams as and when required.  Documents work/deliverables according to the company standards, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 OTHER SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OR DUTIES Utilizes good time management skills for on-time delivery of assignments.  Manages small projects as assigned.  Organizes and conducts meetings. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing of relevant technical documents. Familiar with employing the latest industry techniques and practices. Familiar with the latest available tools or standards used in the industry to complete task(s). Required Certifications and Training Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility. Experience Level with Business Tools Proficient in utilizing business tools such as:  E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
