This includes executing sourcing activities, building talent pools, and supporting talent acquisition strategies to fill roles effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with Regional Recruitment Consultants to proactively manage recruitment activities across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Manage and optimise sourcing channels and external networks to maximise the use of sourcing-related services, maintain a visible market presence, and foster ongoing communication with prospective candidates. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding, acting as a resource by informing candidates about the hiring process and promoting interest in the organisation.
