Job Description:     Drive transformation and business growth across Central Europe’s most dynamic markets as part of a high-impact leadership team overseeing Hybrid Cloud Solutions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions Sales, this role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead change, and make a significant impact in a top-performing region. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth, market share, and revenue across Central Geo Lead and develop high-performing, multi-country sales teams; manage and mentor sales leaders and category managers Set and manage sales quotas and goals; ensure operational excellence and disciplined pipeline management Build strong consultative relationships with key customer accounts and partners Develop and implement strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives Oversee the full Hybrid Cloud Solutions portfolio Lead transformation initiatives throughout the region Collaborate with executive management and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization Manage resource planning, workforce development, and succession planning for future growth Drive a performance culture that ensures top-tier sales capability and results Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 10+ years of technology industry experience, with at least 5-10 years of progressive sales leadership Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation across complex, multi-country environments Experience managing P&L, setting strategy, and leading sales for high-value, technical solutions Skills & Competencies: Exceptional strategic planning, sales execution, and change management abilities Strong business and financial acumen, including quota and margin management Deep understanding of hybrid cloud, AI, and enterprise technology solutions Excellent leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills Ability to navigate complex environments and lead through change and ambiguity Proven success in developing talent and building high-performing teams Additional Skills: Accountability, Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Assertiveness, Bias, Building Rapport, Buyer Personas, Coaching, Complex Sales, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Experience Strategy, Customer Interactions, Design Thinking, Empathy, Financial Acumen, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Industry Knowledge, Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity {+ 6 more} What We Can Offer You: Health & Wellbeing We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.
