Job Description Responsible for managing sales of medium to large customers in building & infrastructure market including channel management, account portfolio management, sales plan implementations, leads generation and new business development. The role will be aligned geographically, by markets and product portfolio within a business and involves a high degree of collaboration, communication and cooperation. Responsibilities / Duties Manages account portfolio and prepares and implements sales plans with strong commercial sense and result driven. Executes and implements sales and marketing plans delivering business goals of volume and value. Leads and coordinates customer relationships working to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities. Input information in CRM and SmartPrice providing the required documentation aligned to the Dow sales processes. Manages Sales Contracts following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country. Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan. Leads and conducts negotiations and implements price changes and strategies. Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and above. Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales/commercial related positions. Working experience in building & construction industry in MNC is preferred. Your skills Fluency in English, Cantonese and mandarin, strong written and verbal communication skills.
