This position is hybrid and located in Budapest, Hungary. Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role Offers routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities. Ensures the performance of team members as per standards. Offers input of individual and/group training needs. Trains the team members on the jobs and addresses the questions to TL. Handles the routines operations and resolve the issues related to the operation. Determines opportunities to streamline current processes. Supports the development of processes and procedures. Adheres to project plans. (acts as SME or even PM) Will act as the ‘go to’ person for the team. Will coordinate the audit requests. (main contact person for collection of data) Will act as first escalation point. Root cause analysis for business incidents linked to the team. Approve and review Journal entries below certain threshold. Approve and review certain ranges of account reconciliations. Coordinate resolution of aged items within the team (reconciliation) Support SOX Controls and running relevant controls to support successful filing. Contributes goals to be achieved in any other tasks which are delegated by the Manager/Team Leader. Prepare and lead recurring huddles within the team Identify opportunities for improvement Support metric management Requirements: College or university degree preferably in finance/accountancy Min. 4-5 year in the relevant field (RTR, accounting or finance) Advanced communication level in English (both written and verbal) Other European language knowledge Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Knowledge of SAP Having good understanding of RTR GL processes Trainer skills (on the job training) Logical thinking and pay attention to the details under pressure as well High tolerance for monotony Good time-manager and be able to organize his/her day-to-day tasks and priorities Supportive attitude Good interpersonal skills #LI-SZ1 Benefits of Joining Albemarle Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
