The Opportunity This is more than just a job; it’s a mission . We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Designer Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will design, develop and support SharePoint sites and workflows across SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online and Microsoft B2B environments. You will play a central role in improving business processes, supporting user experience and delivering high‑quality technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, the Enterprise IT team and infrastructure colleagues to ensure consistency, governance and system performance. Your work will directly enhance the value of the SharePoint platform across programmes and ensure seamless user support. Role Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites and workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create customised SharePoint solutions. • Provide technical support, resolving incidents, service requests and issues in a timely manner. • Work with Enterprise IT and Infrastructure teams to align strategy, resolve system issues and maintain governance. • Create SharePoint pages using SharePoint Designer and related tools. • Produce clear training materials and deliver user training on SharePoint functionality. • Manage data migration and site migrations using ShareGate. • Support user onboarding, access management and offboarding through internal systems. Candidate Requirements Essential • Demonstrable experience in SharePoint design, development and support. • Proficiency with InfoPath, SharePoint 2019 workflows and Power Platform tools. • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SaaS and hybrid environments. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Preferred • Experience collaborating with IT teams on strategy, structure and governance. • Exposure to Microsoft B2B environments. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement.
