In this role, you'll support the Underwriting Division with key administrative tasks, ensuring top-notch service and timely delivery. Primary Responsibilities:   Be aware of the annual business plan for the Underwriting Division/s your role supports Support underwriting through general administration to ensure delivery of a professional service within agreed turnaround times. Input data accurately on relevant internal and external systems to maintain correct and up to date information. Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Respond to broker/client requests in accordance with service standards to provide an excellent customer focus Prepare relevant reports and back up information to support the team to assist the business. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver superior service standards as part of the extended service team Deal with all Credit Control and Underwriting queries within agreed timescales Your Profile: Preferred Competencies/Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English are required. Flexible approach with the ability to recognize and adapt to changing business requirements. A good level of numeracy and literacy. Strong team player with the capability to work collaboratively and develop strong working relationships. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service. Comfortable working with multiple systems, managing both speed and accuracy. Preferred Knowledge: Understanding of the department’s operations and individual team roles. Knowledge of QBE structures and activities.
