With dedicated roles and global communities for support, our Finance function is a community with a high level of professionalism and ample opportunities for learning and growth.   KONE Finance is looking for a   Finance Communications Trainee    to join our team.   In this role, you will be closely involved in developing and driving communication that supports KONE’s financial and strategic agenda across countries and organizational levels. You will work as a part of a dynamic, international team, and collaborate closely with colleagues in Finance and multiple business stakeholders.  This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated talent early in their career to gain handson experience in strategic communications inside a fast-developing global business.  We are seeking a trainee to join our team for  a six-month period, starting as soon as possible . Workplace location is KONE Building, in Espoo, Finland.  Key responsibilities Develop compelling finance narratives tailored to key stakeholders globally  Create, manage, and update core communication materials, including newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and leadership updates  Coordinate and support CFO town halls  Communications support for selected global programs  Support the design and delivery of internal events, workshops, and leadership engagements.
