Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: As a Sales Training Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experience for our Field and Retail teams. Your focus will be on creating and updating training content that drives performance and growth, ensuring it is simple, relevant, and inclusive. You’ll collaborate closely with markets and global teams to deliver impactful training across multiple formats, supporting campaign kick-offs and new product launches while keeping materials aligned with industry trends. Key responsibilities: What you'll be working on: Designing and developing training content across themes such as product knowledge, leadership, sales, customer experience, beauty expertise, and social selling. Creating materials for various formats: instructor-led sessions, digital learning, videos, and social platforms. Supporting markets with deployment and implementation of training programs. Measuring training effectiveness and adjusting content based on feedback. Working with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, and Representative Experience to ensure alignment and innovation. What we're looking for: Experience in designing and delivering training content, ideally in sales or retail environments. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams. Creativity and adaptability to produce engaging, inclusive content for different audiences and formats. Analytical mindset to measure impact and continuously improve training programs.
