That means a culture of empowerment, where speaking up is valued, and growth and development are constant.        Ferring+You     You wil l be responsible for supporting the medical and scientific position of Ferring’s entity key Gastroenterology, Urology, and Reproductive / Women’s Health initiatives, via research and Sales / Marketing support , thereby supporting the corporate objectives of the company.         Your day at Ferring     Implementing the Brand Plan for one or more products, including planning and organizing field marketing activities.   Adapting and executing international marketing strategies to suit local market dynamics.   Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products.   Creating, adapting, and managing promotional materials to support brand objectives .   Presenting promotional materials at kick-off meetings and leading training sessions for Medical Representatives and/or Key Account Managers.   Monitoring product performance, market trends, and competitor activities; conducting sales analysis and recommending corrective actions when necessary.   Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and relevant scientific societies.   Representing the company at major scientific meetings and congresses.   Managing the promotional budget for assigned products effectively.   Forecasting product demand and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure supply alignment.       Behind our innovation… There’s you   Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or Life Sciences; MBA highly desirable.   Strong foundation in marketing strategy and brand management.   Minimum 3 years of industry experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.   Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans.   Fluent in English, both written and spoken.   Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.   A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.     People come first at Ferring   Get inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love   Our inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey , ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role   Parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents   Extended support on family building journey     Making a difference in the li fe of millions of people means we succeed by working together.
