Bezirk), freuen wir uns auf einen neue/n KollegIn Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben zählen Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Anforderungen an die Arbeitssicherheit und den Gesundheitsschutz Führung und Arbeitseinteilung von KundendiensttechnikerInnen Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Arbeitsverfahren zur Aufrechterhaltung einer maximalen Anlagensicherheit und -verfügbarkeit Aufrechterhaltung der Kunden- und Qualitätsanforderungen gemäß der KONE Richtlinien Zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch beste Servicequalität und aktive Kommunikation Verkauf und Abwicklung von Servicereparaturen Was wir von Dir erwarten Abgeschlossene HTL oder FH Ausbildung bevorzugt im Bereich Elektro- / Maschinenbautechnik bzw. abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung (Werkmeister), alternativ wirtschaftliche Ausbildung und hohe Technikaffinität Proaktives Führungsverhalten Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse mit Excel vertiefend SAP Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil Wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent und Zeitmanagement Starke Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität runden Dein Profil ab Englischkenntnisse Das erwartet Dich bei KONE Verlässlicher, solider Arbeitgeber, gutes Klima, ein eingespieltes Team, ausgeprägte Sicherheitskultur Innovation beginnt bei uns bereits bei Deiner Mobilität: ein Firmen PKW (elektrisch) zur privaten Nutzung ist selbstverständlich bei uns Großzügige Home Office Vereinbarung Vergünstiges Mittagessen Zahlreiche benefits wie Gutscheine, Vergünstigungen, „lease a bike“, Familienservice etc. Für die ausgeschriebene Position starten wir mit einem Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.000 brutto all in pro Monat (Vollzeit) plus Bonus plus erwähntem PKW.
