As part of the wider WME Group ecosystem, we create some of the world’s most iconic cultural moments and experiences, with unparalleled access to artists and creators represented by our vast network of talent agencies and businesses  Department The sports licensing intern will assist and support IMG Licensing’s London-based sports licensing team, with a focus across media properties, teams, leagues, icons, player unions and more. The Role and What You’ll Do:   Assist the sales team with appropriate tools, materials and presentations as required Strategic prospecting for outreach to potential licensee partners and brand collaborations Continuous analysis of competitive brands, consumer product category markets and consumer trends Ideation of innovative marketing initiatives that would support the awareness and growth of existing programs Support licensees to ensure smooth running of design approval process and adherence to the relevant brand guidelines Coordinate product and packaging approvals, samples and deliveries in close collaboration with the brand team Other administrative duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job You Have These: A strong interest in brand marketing, strategy, partnerships and consumer engagement Interest in gaming and/or entertainment brands Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties Proficient with all MS Office Past brand licensing experience is a plus Program Details We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; global licensing business IMG Licensing; and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion).  All internships are in the office and in person. In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking. Important Dates •    February - March: The interview and selection process will take place. •    The program will be 10 weeks in length. •    EMEA (June 29th – September 5th) Recruitment Process Our process consists of four steps: 1. Eligibility Our programme is designed for recent graduates and those who are within six months of completing an undergraduate degree, unless otherwise stated.
