Who We Are: WME's Personal Appearances department oversees touring, festival booking, and crossover opportunities for leading musicians across all touring genres. Our musical artists are also behind some of the most iconic songs and scores in film. Essential Responsibilities Interns will support the day-to-day operations of their assigned department. Responsibilities include assisting with department-specific research projects, completing administrative tasks, and supporting managers with ad-hoc daily requests. Interns may also be asked to complete an end-of-summer project or pitch, either individually or as part of a team, drawing on the knowledge and experience gained throughout the programme. What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for live music Interest in learning about the booking side of the music business Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong problem-solving ability Friendly, professional manner with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Dependable, proactive, and able to manage time efficiently A basic understanding of, and strong interest in building a career within, the entertainment industry Qualifications Educated to A-level or equivalent Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous experience in sport is a plus, but not essential Program Details: We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted. In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking. Internships are full-time, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location. Important Dates •    February - March: The interview and selection process will take place. •    The program will be 10 weeks in length. •    EMEA (June 29th – September 5th) Recruitment Process Our process consists of four steps: 1. If you move forward, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1–2 additional team members. 4. Offer or decline. If selected, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If not, a recruiter will reach out to let you know. Eligibility Our programme is designed for recent graduates and those who are within six months of completing an undergraduate degree, unless otherwise stated. Candidates must confirm whether they currently require, or may require in the future, visa sponsorship from WME Group in order to work in the UK. Pay We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location.
