Role Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) What you'll be doing: As a Sales Support and CSR Specialist, you will bring Avon’s brand, products and purpose to life through field activities and events. Your role will focus on planning and delivering recruitment, product experience and recognition initiatives, as well as coordinating field meetings and conferences. You will also shape clear and engaging communication for field and internal audiences, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure consistency and impact. Key responsibilities: What you’ll be working on: Recruitment and product experience events (beauty and charity) Field activation and lead generation initiatives (offline, BTL, DRR) Field meetings, conferences and recognition programs Field and internal communication assets Cooperation with agencies, trainers and commercial teams Ensuring brand consistency and measuring effectiveness of activities   What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree (PR, Media, Journalism, Economics or similar) Min. 3 years of experience in an independent specialist role Very good English and presentation skills Strong communication and influencing skills Good understanding of field activation or direct selling Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities   Why Avon?
