Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: As an OTC Specialist, you’ll play a key role in protecting the business from bad debt risk while supporting strong and consistent cash flow. You’ll ensure all Order-to-Cash activities are completed accurately and on time, working within established global and local credit policies. In this role, you’ll help maintain the integrity of our financial processes, support teams across the business, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience through efficient, compliant, and well‑managed credit operations. Key responsibilities: Managing credit exposure and supporting credit‑granting processes in line with policy and risk standards. Completing daily cash applications, reconciling bank statements, and escalating missing transactions. Processing transactional and payment corrections accurately within agreed SLAs. Running monthly payment vendor reconciliations and reporting anomalies to management. Working with DCA vendors by responding to queries promptly and following collections legislation to help reduce bad debt. Improving the debtor’s book through validation, authentication, and accurate updates to customer information. Supporting the Call Centre with back‑office responsibilities for OMS accounts and systems. Managing the storage and retrieval of financial documentation, including digital and physical records. Collaborating with OTC vendors and upholding all controls and policies. Producing regular AR reports and sharing updates with key stakeholders. Handling additional OTC-related tasks as needed. What we’re looking for: Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or OTC processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines. Solid understanding of credit risk, reconciliation, and financial controls. Confident communicator able to work with internal teams and external vendors. Someone proactive, organised, and committed to improving processes and customer experience. Comfortable working with financial systems and managing sensitive data responsibly.
