Works in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education.      In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.      It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance  impacts  your own work with  limited  impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve  objectives  and meet deadlines. Responsibilities Design, define, and document solutions to meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements while ensuring conformance to standards and  complying with  Enterprise Architecture strategies and direction  . Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and  optimize  integration processes  .   Document integration processes and  maintain  technical specifications.     Understand broader technical vision of the Information Technology Services organization and align solutions accordingly.   Lead and/or implement continuous improvement efforts.   Ability work independently and as a team member.     Ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are met  . Assist   with project shaping arrangements, along with workload planning . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline preferred OR minimum of   3   years relevant experience. Your skills Familiar with SAP systems, ETL concepts, and common database and application integrations .    Basic understanding with common web communication protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, ODATA).     Knowledge of common authentication methods and certificates (SSO, OAuth, SAML, Basic, Keypairs).     Be comfortable learning and managing  new technologies.
