About you and this role Designs, develops, and supports solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Works in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education.  In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.  It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.  Responsibilities Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas  . Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements.   Documents detailed designs.   Builds, tests and implements application objects.   Assists with issue resolution.   Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.   Good communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and time-management skills  . Qualifications Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Your Skill s : Strong knowledge and expertise with Windows system administration  . Active Directory knowledge and experience is a plus.  Linux administration experience is a plus.  Strong working experience in a cloud environment (Azure).  Entra ID knowledge and experience is a plus.  On premise and cloud deployment/upgrade experience . Good expertise within DevSecOps practices . Hands-on experience with DevSecOps toolset is a plus.  Azure DevOps / GitHub  AKS / Containers  Visual Studio and Git  CI/CD pipeline experience is a plus  Automation and scripting skills like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and IaC templates   Software lifecycle management experience  . Development skills – development lifecycle, tools, and patterns; prior development background is a plus.   Knowledge with C#, Python, or Java is a plus.   Secure coding knowledge is a plus (vulnerability management). Networking skills / knowledge – firewall rules, etc.   AI skills – building and using agents, MCP.   Additional notes No relocation support is provided on the role.
