Your New Role You will be involved in providing support for facilities operations within QBE Asia. Key responsibilities will include: Provide recommendations for an effective real estate solution/s for the designated centre or area of responsibility. Recommend a critical operational budget for the coming year/s as part of the company's annual planning exercise. Support maintenance of managed site/s. Coordinate with agencies, particularly to ensure compliance with regulations and proper procedures are taken to address call-outs. Provide immediate corrective maintenance and short-term solutions for all critical equipment. Support the monitoring any and all movements of owned properties and facilities. Monitor centre operations to ensure compliance with local and national laws and codes. Propose and implement designed annual preventive maintenance schedules within the assigned centre. Liaise with key vendors and service providers and monitor maintenance works. Act as subject matter expert in the assigned field. About You You will also have: Moderate relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Management. Environmental Health and Safety training. Experience in handling 3rd party service vendors. Preferred Work Experience includes: Experience in Facilities Management. Environmental Health and Safety training. Pollution control and Waste management training. Experience in handling 3rd party service vendors. Experience in liaising with Local Government Units/Agencies.
