Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: https://www.elfbeauty.com/work-with-usPosition SummaryThe Senior Copywriter is responsible for writing engaging, scroll-stopping and informative copy across all community touch points of the e.l.f. brand: packaging, VM, ecomm and beyond. Reporting to the Editorial Director, the Senior Copywriter will collaborate closely with the design team to concept campaigns for product launches and collaborations.  \nResponsibilities:Write in the e.l.f. brand voice across all marketing communications and community touchpointsSupport Editorial Director on concepting and writing copy for seasonal 360 campaigns, providing original ideas and creative inputDevelop and write creative copy for projects, including but not limited to packaging, store signage, email, social media and other marketing communicationsManage and apply stakeholder feedback to deliver on briefCollaborate with the project management team and cross-functional partners to ensure deadlines are metProofreading and cross-checking work against briefs and stakeholder feedbackRequirements:Excellent creative concepting skills and knowledge of cultural trends (in and outside of beauty)Knowledge of beauty; skincare and makeup products, ingredients, usage and trendsHigh engagement in beauty on social media to follow trendsAble to follow and translate multiple product toolkits (knowledge of beauty products important)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines, quickly managing changing prioritiesAbility to anticipate workload and communicate proactively to project managementBachelor’s Degree5+ years of experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment5+ years of brand voice copy experienceExcellent communication, time management and organizational skills.Experience working cross-functionally with different teams across an organizationComfortable working in a collaborative mannerGeneral knowledge of computer programs including: InDesign, ExcelWorking in a project management tools (i.e. Wrike, ISM/portals)\n$80,000 - $110,000 a year\nThe base salary range for this role is listed above.  Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
