They are a small team of individuals with complementary skill sets, capable of tackling cross-functional strategic and operational challenges across the business. This role will partner with our Bank Partnerships team. This team sits at the intersection of product, policy, and partnerships, and oversees our relationships with the banks and financial institutions that define how open finance works.\nResponsibilitiesInitiating, managing, and successfully executing new, cross-functional initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across PlaidPartnering with other teams and functions to improve efficiency, productivity, and performanceDeveloping and tracking key company KPIs to drive execution and identify opportunities for operational improvementIdentifying and assessing the viability of new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and partnerships for PlaidBuilding out processes and success measures, and executing on initiatives to build, launch, and operationalize Plaid’s new products, in close partnership with our Product and Go-To-Market teamsQualifications8+ years of experience including 3 years in Strategy, Business Operations, or Finance supporting complex, multi-stakeholder businessesA passion for financial services innovationStrong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skillsAbility to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plansAbility to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomyAbility to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levelsAbility to independently drive consensus across cross-functional teams and influence decision makingStrong knowledge of SQL preferredDirect operational experience in fintech, data infrastructure or other high-growth SaaS company, with prior exposure to dual-sided marketplaces or network businesses preferred\n$150,000 - $187,200 a yearThe target base salary for this position ranges from $150,000/year to $187,200/year in New York. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission (if applicable), equity and benefits. The pay range shown on each job posting is the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salaries. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on factors like skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered.
