Ihre Aufgaben sind Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von Spritz­guss­maschinen und automati­sierten Fertigungs­anlagen verschie­dener Her­steller Über­wachen der Kunst­stoff­spritz­prozesse, Durchführen von Prozessoptimierungen und Störungsbehebung Dokumentieren von Fertigungs­zeiten, -mengen und -ausschüssen Durchführen fertigungs­beglei­tender Quali­täts­prüfungen gemäß Prüf­vorschriften Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Validierungen von Spritzgusswerkzeugen Das bieten Sie Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik und erste Berufserfahrung in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Unternehmen Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung und Robotik Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb Das sind Ihre persönlichen Stärken Sie arbeiten analytisch, konzeptionell und prozessorientiert Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten liegt Ihnen besonders Sie sind belastbar, zuverlässig und arbeiten gern im Team Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
