While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging all finished goods. What you'll be doing: Basic knowledge and behavioral observation skills to identify safety concerns. Able to detect visual and physical defects in finished products before packaging. Able to maintain production data (scrap cause records, work order detail) Lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and leg and arm movement. Alert technicians to quality or machine issues Using manual pallet jacks to move materials occasionally. Be self-motivated individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced production setting. Maintain cleanliness of the area and follow good housekeeping procedures. Performs all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of safety and quality. Being reliable, having good initiative, being committed, and being quality focused is a must. You will need to have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention. Flexibility to cover OT and weekend work when necessary.
