Impact beyond numbers: You will shape how we manage risk and sustainability globally, influencing decisions that matter for people and the planet. Cutting-edge tools: Work with AI-enabled data collection and advanced analytics to drive smarter, greener operations. Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives. Global perspective: Support enterprise-wide programs while based in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities—Barcelona. Your focus areas: Identify and assess operational, financial, and climate-related risks. Administer global insurance programs and analyze claims trends. Collect and validate sustainability data for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Implement process improvements to reduce resource consumption and waste. Advance data integrity and reporting through AI-driven solutions. What we are looking for: Degree in Risk Management, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or related field. 2–4+ years in risk, insurance, sustainability, or data analytics. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ERM frameworks and sustainability standards. Passion for embedding sustainability into business decisions. Why Novanta?
