Diese Position ist Teil des Geschäftsbereichs Advanced Surgery von Novanta. WOM ist auf den Bereich der minimalinvasiven Medizin spezialisiert und entwickelt Geräte und Zubehör, damit Ärzte mit kleinen Schnitten operieren können. Wir produzieren Kameras, Insufflatoren, medizinische Pumpen und Schläuche, die die Diagnose und Behandlung für alle erleichtern. Unsere Insufflatoren und Pumpensysteme erweitern Körperhöhlen und machen zuvor komplizierte Operationen zu kleinen Eingriffen. Gemeinsam mit Kunden, Ärzten und technischen Experten suchen unsere Teams kontinuierlich nach neuen Wegen für Innovationen.   Aufgaben Fachbereich Hauptaufgaben: Gewährleistung der sicheren Einsatzbereitschaft aller mechanischen Maschinen und Werkzeuge Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung neuer Geräte, insbesondere Anfertigung von Musterteilen und mechanischen Baugruppen Review von technischen Zeichnungen in Bezug auf Herstellbarkeit und Fertigungskosten Jährliche Kostenplanung für Wartungsservice, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Neuanschaffungen in der Werkstatt Verwaltung und Bestellung von Rohmaterial und Halbzeugen für die Musterbauten Erstellung von Teilen in 3D für Teststände in der Entwicklung sowie Prüf- Hilfsmittel für die Produktion Durchführung von Änderungen an bestehenden CAD-Modellen nach Vorgabe der Konstrukteure Leitung der Versuchswerkstatt spezifische Aufgaben: Musterbau von Komponenten für Geräte der Medizintechnik Aufbau von Komponenten für Prüfgeräte Vorbereitung und Mitarbeit bei Funktionsmusterbauten und Prototypenbauten Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Montageanleitungen Entwicklung von Testaufbauten für mechanische Komponententests Durchführung von mechanischen Komponenten- und Dauertests – Schwachstellen identifizieren und Lösungen entwickeln Allgemeine Aufgaben Initiierung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zu Optimierungs-Prozessen Aktive Teilnahme am Innovationsprozess Strikte Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften und Umsetzung der Anweisungen von Qualitäts-/Umweltmanagementbeauftragten und der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit Führt Schulung und Unterweisungen im Bereich der Versuchsmechanik durch Verantwortlichkeiten Raumverantwortlicher für die Versuchsmechanik Anforderungsprofil fachlich Mindst. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der. mechanischen Fertigung Sehr gute Kenntnisse von mechanischen Fertigungsverfahren (Drehen/Fräsen/Bohren) und Konstruktionssystematik Grundkenntnisse in Creo (oder ähnliches CAD- Programm) Fähigkeit zur Modellierung einfacher Bauteile in 3D Erfahrung im Zusammenspiel von mechanischen und informationstechnischen Systemen Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Pläne zu interpretieren und umzusetzen Gute Kenntnisse der Werkstoffkunde (Metalle/Kunststoffe/Kleber) Gute Kenntnisse im Gerätebau mind Grundkenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik Gute Englischkenntnisse Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich Anforderungsprofil persönlich Qualitätsbewusst, vertrauensvoll und zuverlässig Reisebereitschaft zu allen Fertigungs - Standorten Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise Sorgfältigkeit und umsichtiger Umgang #LI-UK1 #Berlin Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
