Job Summary This job is responsible for the technical service of medical devices including testing, repair, writing of reports, inventory cycles and cooperation with Sales and R&D. Primary Responsibilities Warranty and non-warranty repairs based on repair work orders incl. processing of paperwork Monitoring of spare part inventory and initiate the reordering of spare parts process Participating in inventory cycle counts Assist Quality Management Representative (QMR) with QM process and incoming complaints Disinfection of incoming devices Additional tasks as assigned General tasks Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations. Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist. Salary The salary for this role will range from $31,730 to $57,115 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
