Your role at Clorox: The P2P US Vendor Master Operations Analyst is a key member of the Procure to Pay (P2P) Operations team. This team will be primarily responsible for providing manual validations of sensitive supplier information for new and existing suppliers as part of Clorox's efforts in combating BEC (Business E-mail Compromise) and payments fraud. The team will also support our offshore vendor maintenance team, other Procure to Pay teams, and Treasury by providing validation information as needed. In this role, you will: • Verbal supplier validations for domestic and foreign suppliers • Provide supplier validation confirmation and information to offshore vendor maintenance team, other P2P teams, and Treasury • Research across multiple systems to resolve issues or provide guidance to facilitate the supplier setup • Issue resolution support for suppliers completing their registration • Identify system issues to be reported to our Supplier Onboarding Tool provider • Support policy, process, and procedure changes What we look for: • Fluent in English • Customer service orientation • SAP experience +Verbal supplier validations for domestic and foreign suppliers +Computer Skills +Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word). +Strong Spreadsheet skills are required. Knowledge of pivot tables, functions, etc. • Understanding of the Vendor Maintenance and some Accounts Payable process (1-5 years Procure to Pay work experience highly desirable) • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Auditing experience • Displays strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities to meet critical business needs • Thorough and detail oriented • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong computer skills, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or equivalent ERP system We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we know you don’t need a degree to succeed.
