Shrnutí Technik kvality hraje klíčovou roli v zajišťování a udržování vysokých standardů kvality ve výrobním procesu. Jeho práce zahrnuje širokou škálu aktivit od kontrol a testů po spolupráci s různými odděleními a implementaci kvalitních postupů. Hlavní odpovědnosti Analýza vadných produktů WOM + Legacy (řešení interních reklamací, implementace nápravných opatření) Ověřování shody zdravotnických prostředků s požadavky systému QM (výroba, balení a testování) Příprava analýz a hodnocení týkajících se sledování kvality současné výroby, interní školení kvality. Kontrola shody s požadavky podle sterilizačního procesu a účast na validacích dle potřeby Dohled nad veškerou výrobní dokumentací z pohledu kvality a jejich pravidelná revize vč. kontrol plánu, PFMEA a pracovních návodek . Obecné úkoly Přísné dodržování předpisů o kvalitě, bezpečnosti práce a ochraně životního prostředí. Iniciace a aktivní účast na opatřeních LEAN procesu Aktivní účast na inovačních procesech. Požadované zkušenosti, vzdělání, dovednosti, školení a kompetence Vzdělání v technickém směru např. elektronika, mechatronika, mechanika Praktické zkušenosti s testy na validačních zařízeních Zkušenosti s metodami a technikami kvality Vyžaduje se samostatné používání angličtiny (GER-B1)* Soustředěný, spolehlivý a samostatný styl práce Pokročilé uživatelské dovednosti v oblasti IT (MS Office, SAP, K2) Dobré komunikativní dovednosti Týmový hráč Strukturovaný a systematický způsob práce Požadavky na cestování           None/ žádné   Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
