Build multi-level relationships across purchasing, engineering, and supply chain. Identify design-in opportunities and develop engagement plans. Hunt for new customers and markets while expanding existing accounts. Lead customer cadence, reviews, and internal business planning. Act as the voice of the customer for product, pricing, and delivery topics. Manage CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, and report KPIs. Drive new business opportunities with closure rates above 45%. Attend trade shows and industry events to build pipeline and awareness. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience. 3+ years in B2B sales or key account roles, ideally with OEMs. Experience in photonics, lasers, optics, micromachining, robotics, or machine building is a plus. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, and disciplined sales processes. Strategic thinking and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
