Summary We are seeking a technical Product Developer Engineer to join our RFID product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Keonn's diverse RFID portfolio of products. You will work across interdisciplinary teams to integrate hardware, software, mechanical and control systems, playing a crucial role in bringing innovative RFID solutions to market. Your Responsibilities Design and develop new RFID hardware and software products for retail, healthcare, and industrial applications   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RF engineers, software developers, and mechanical engineers   Integrate hardware, software, mechanical and control systems into cohesive product solutions   Support certification processes and regulatory compliance for new products   Conduct testing and validation of product prototypes and production units   Create technical documentation and specifications for products   Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production transitions   Analyze market requirements and translate them into technical specifications Your Experience, Education, Skills, and Competencies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics engineering / Telecommunications / Robotics / Mechatronics / Software engineering / Industrial engineering 4+ years of experience in product development, preferably in electronics or RFID technology   Strong understanding of hardware-software integration principles   Experience with embedded systems development is a plus   Knowledge of RF technology and antenna design is a plus   Familiarity with regulatory certification processes (FCC, CE, etc.) is a plus   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail   Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams   Fluent in English (Spanish is a big advantage) Our Profile Company that designs and manufactures worldwide RFID equipment for the retail sector Flexible working hours 23 days off + 2 days extra 1-2 days per week working from home possibility Young and dynamic work environment New 4000sqm corporate building next to Westfield La Maquinista Specialty coffee, tea and table tennis Support for online training programs Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced international company #LI-JM1 #LI-Hybrid Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
