Job Title Divisional Director Job Description Summary Job Description As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dublin office, you’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s active on some of the highest-profile retail instructions in the country. Our clients include institutional landlords, leading developers, and international occupiers, giving you broad exposure and the chance to grow your network at the highest level. You'll also benefit from strong internal links across service lines and opportunities to contribute to cross-border work. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of retail leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and advisory services. Manage and grow relationships with key clients. Drive new business initiatives and contribute to the strategic growth of the Retail service line. Lead, mentor, and support a team of surveyors and advisors. Collaborate with internal teams across Capital Markets, Valuation, and Advisory. Represent Cushman & Wakefield at industry events and play an active role in business development. About You Minimum 8 years' experience in the retail property sector, with a strong track record in leasing and client delivery. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing or mentoring teams. Strong market knowledge of the Irish retail sector. MRICS/SCSI qualification (or equivalent) preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. A proactive, commercially-minded individual with a passion for delivering results. INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
