Job Description What You’ll Do Coordinate and execute property valuation projects and portfolio analyses across multiple asset classes. Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation . Prepare market, feasibility, and investment reports to support strategic decision-making. Ensure full compliance with RICS , CMVM , and internal valuation standards. Present valuation results , methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders. Manage project timelines , prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Support market research and contribute to the development of internal data and intelligence systems . Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen integrated advisory solutions . 👤 Who You Are Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science , or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory . Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver. Fluent in Portuguese and English , both written and spoken. Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office ; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus. Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
