For additional information, visit www.cushmanwakefield.com.  Role Purpose: As a Junior Negotiator, your objective is to handle Real Estate transactions from the prospection to the final signature of contracts. To fulfil this goal, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Markets and develop a true passion for this sector. You will report to and be closely coached by the Partner who is in charge of the Department. Key Responsibilities: You will proactively call and visit prospective clients in order to identify potential new transactions, You will accompany tenants in their search for new locations, You will gain understanding of our commercial and marketing strategy, You will work closely with the team in order to gain in-depth knowledge of existing clients, You will execute and follow up on existing mandates, You will help prepare client presentations, pitches and other documents You will help update internal databases with collected data.
