About You: The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record in business development, and a strong commitment to achieving targets. Proven track record in managing residential sales role in real estate industry in B2C model Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels. Willingness to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and client visits. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
