Job Title Assistant Manager - Facility(Civil) Job Description Summary Responsible for planning, supervising, and maintaining civil infrastructure and building works to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards Job Description About the Role: - Civil Maintenance: Oversee repair and upkeep of building structures, flooring, roofing, and other civil assets. Project Execution: Manage civil projects including renovations, expansions, and new constructions within timelines and budgets. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, and safety norms. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and suppliers for quality execution of civil works. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of civil works, inspection reports, and compliance audits. About You: · Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in civil maintenance and project management. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and statutory compliance. Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
