Job Title Assistant Manager - Commercial Job Description Summary Job Description Requisition Field Description Job Posting Title Manager – MEP Commercial Job Description Summary This Role is responsible for the below points Estimation & Proposal for Client/ Projects for Key Accounts Estimate, Rate Analysis and VO Management BOQ & RFP Vendor Management Estimate Data & Others Job Description Pitching & Client Billing: Commercial Proposal Presentation to Management for D&B RFP/ Pitches & Manage Pre-Contract Activity Prepare/review/modify cost proposal (indicative budget/detailed budget) at pitching stage/RFP from sketch drawings after coordination with Designer (external or inhouse) Coordination with MEP consultant/ Team for incorporation of cost and specification in cost proposal Vendor Cost with supporting documentation for all GC Project pitches Value engineering to rationalize the cost. Documenting the preamble and specification meticulously in line with Budget and Drawing detailing Estimate, Rate Analysis and VO Management Preparation of the Estimate Control Sheet, Financial Summary and P&L, Obtaining the Approval on Project P&L. Updating and tracking the same as per the progress at site and reconcile final saving. Comparison analysis of Budgeted Vs Actual Tracking of variation along with project in charge/review & approval of vendor's VO/claim and preparation of RVO cost to client, Prepare rate analysis for client and review & approval of Vendor's rate analysis for Extra claim/VO items if any Update and Monitor Variation costs claimed, recovered, and pending from Clients Monitoring overall project cost. BOQ & RFP Preparing Detail Bill of Quantities/ Specs for Interior Works & Cost Estimates and Prepare tender/bid documents Circulation of RFP to the vendors at pitch stage along with PC Coordination with MEP consultant/Designer and compilation of MEP BOQ/Cost Estimate for Cost proposal/bids. Final negotiation with vendor to achieve the targeted NR, Enhance the NR value from BTR stage to commercial closure stage Monitoring of Financial closure of vendor through the Project Lead and reconciliation along with billing engineer/site manager Vendor Management Getting feedback from project lead/RM and making Vendor performance matrix. Exploring vendor for new products & market research Mentoring & Coaching of QS Team of the Region Product Research, Estimate Data & Others Alternate Product research Market Product Prices Analysis to support Value Engineering Work closely with Procurement & contracts team for efficient functioning of Procurement Process & Documentation of Estimate Data on MS Teams Establishing new vendor network for price optimization Selection criteria: Total Experience of 4-6 Yrs Good – Very Good Knowledge of QS & Cost in Corporate Interior Fit out Works Knowledge of Market prices for Corporate Interior fit out works Previous Experience in Corporate Interior Fit out projects Process Understanding for PDS Business Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
