You Have:   11+ years of experience in the data science field 5+ years of experience in supporting complex missions, developing data science solutions from scratch Experience with Big Data programming technologies and distributed data and computing tools, including Hadoop, Spark, R, and Hive Experience with developing a wide range of predictive and decision models, quantitative analysis, and visualization of target data sources Experience with Python development Knowledge of commercial cloud platforms, services, and technologies Ability to effectively comprehend and decompose stakeholder requirements, and report and communicate those complex findings and dense concepts to decision-makers and stakeholders Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have:   Experience in natural language processing (NLP) topics and application of deep learning to NLP Experience with performing data transformation and modelling in Databricks TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Master’s degree Data Science or Cloud Development Certifications Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
