Job Title Technician (Facilities & Building Operations) Job Description Summary The Technician supports day-to-day building operations by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained to support a high-quality workplace environment. Job Description About the Role: Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance for building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general mechanical equipment. Support preventive maintenance programs, including scheduled servicing, minor repairs, and replacement of building components. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergency issues to minimize downtime and safety risks. Assist with small installation, fit-out, and repair works including fixtures, fittings, basic carpentry, painting, and interior maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities using internal systems or mobile tools. About You: 1–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or technical support roles (commercial office or mixed-use environment preferred). Technical or vocational background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or general building maintenance. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with tools, equipment, and safe work practices. Comfortable using mobile devices, CMMS/work-order systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools. Flexible, reliable, and able to support shift work, on-call duties, or after-hours response when required.
