Job Title Procurement Specialist Job Description Summary The procurement Specialist will support global procurement operations by managing sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and contract administration for Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) and Corporate Category Management (CM). This role ensures compliance, cost optimization, and process efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide. Job Description About the role: Support procurement activities including purchase orders, requisitions, invoice processing, and compliance with company policies. Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, performance tracking, and escalate issues as needed. Assist with contract administration, including preparation, renewals, and adherence to terms and conditions. Participate in sourcing initiatives such as RFPs, bid analysis, and negotiations to achieve cost and service objectives. Generate reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to improve procurement processes and tools. About you: 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management. Knowledge of contract administration and compliance requirements. Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
