Telecommunications Program Analyst The Opportunity:   As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client's strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers.   The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. The world can’t wait.  You Have:  8+ years of experience working in a professional environment Experience with serving as an advisor to upper-level management Experience with optical telecommunications project management Experience with assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives Experience with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs Experience with c ond ucting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:  Experience with editing and writing technical articles, publications, or presentations Experience with creating project management plans Knowledge of project financials Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process Ability to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference or publication Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences Project Management Professional Certification   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.   Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
