Job Description About the Role: Manage all portfolio administration services across multiple accounts, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with client standards. Lead and mentor a team of lease administration professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to deliver high-quality outputs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings, addressing concerns, and ensuring consistent delivery of services and reporting. Recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and service quality. Oversee critical processes including lease abstraction, data management, monthly reporting, billing, vendor coordination, and special projects. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years in lease administration, including 5+ years in leadership and client-facing roles. Strong knowledge of lease abstraction, rent analytics, compliance, and data integrity; proficient in CoStar, Visual Lease, Excel, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, governance, forecasting, and resource planning capabilities. Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
