Job Title Technical Project Manager Job Description Summary This role is ideal for engineers or architects seeking a client-facing career path in real estate solutions. This position blends technical expertise with strategic account management, giving you exposure to multinational clients, complex real estate projects, and business development opportunities. As a Technical Project Manager within our Sales & Technical Account Management Team, you will serve as the critical link between clients and delivery teams. Your role ensures operational excellence through consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement—while driving growth and enhancing client experience. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and nurture strategic relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their goals and challenges and shape tailored solutions. Ensure delivery teams are engaged proactively to support client needs and identify future project opportunities. Collaborate across internal departments to develop strategies that enhance client experience and drive growth. Proactively resolve client concerns with transparent communication and consultative solutions that strengthen trust. Project & Portfolio Management Oversee governance structures, processes, and tools (e.g., governance reviews, best practices, digital platforms such as Ingenious, Engage). Support onboarding and continuous training of in-country PDS teams to align with client expectations, KPIs, and financial targets. Continuously monitor performance metrics, identify strategic improvement opportunities, and drive best practice adoption across the regional platform. Communicate emerging delivery issues with transparency, balancing the interests of all parties. Sales & Business Development Collaborate closely with the Sales Team during strategic negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and positioning Technical Account Management (TAM) as a value-add differentiator. Act as a qualified sponsor of the proposed delivery model to secure TAM appointments with multinational clients. Knowledge & Experience: Skills & Qualifications Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Management. 0–3 years of experience in a technical field. Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Strong interest in program management and eagerness to learn. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Logical, results-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving ability. Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural, multinational environment. Preferred Experience Exposure to engineering, architectural, or construction projects. Experience in client/account management or business development. Working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment. Understanding of real estate project services and international business complexity.
