DevOps Engineer, Senior The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference and help build a system that will have a positive impact in the intelligence community? As a DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll use your development experience to streamline the sof tware development lifecycle in a multi-cloud Kubernetes environment. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you will support the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using the latest open-source technologies. You will use Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) to automate everything from configuration management to infrastructure provisioning. Using your sof tware engineering knowledge, you will work with your team to bring other organizations on board with DevOps and champion the adoption of related processes, tools, and roles. You Have: 5+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related  to CI / CD pipeline failures or slowness Experience in Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Python or Golang Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions Experience working with application development teams across the sof tware development lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with DevOps, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with DevOps Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date Nice If You Have: Experience with Jenkins, Gitlab runners, GitHub actions, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Pulumi Experience managing and maintaining ElasticSearch and Kibana Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks Experience creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes Experience triaging and resolving issues related  to both open-source and commer cia l tools in public cloud environments Experience bringing other organizations on board with DevOps, championing the adoption of DevOps processes, tools, and roles, and working with development teams to recast work TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Master’s degree  Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
