Control Account Manager The Opportunity: Manage tasks and initiatives asso cia ted with the product development lifecycle for digital products and services. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. You Have: 5+ years of experience working on technical solutions with Agile sof tware development project teams 5+ years of experience in a project controls or project management role Experience providing Control Account Management in an Earned Value Management System ( EVMS ) environment Experience with EIA-748 compliant EVMS estimation techniques and reporting Experience with government or defense contracts requiring EVMS reporting Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams Experience developing EVM artifacts, including weekly performance and variance reporting Experience with EVM sof tware tools such as Deltek Cobra Experience with schedule management tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera Experience with Agile EVM estimation development and reviewing Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Professional Certification such as Project Management Professional ( PMP ) , Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
