Job Title Fit-Out Officer / Fit-Out Supervisor (Commercial Office) Job Description Summary The Fit-Out Officer/Supervisor supports tenant fit-out and renovation activities within a commercial office building, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with building standards, authority regulations, and operational requirements. Job Description About the Role: Review and coordinate tenant fit-out plans, renovation proposals, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with building guidelines and local regulations. Administer permits to work, site access, inspections, and handover processes for tenant renovation and reinstatement works. Monitor on-site fit-out activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to approved plans and timelines. Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and building management on utilities, MEP interfaces, and technical requirements. Conduct inspections, document non-compliance issues, and prepare regular fit-out status reports for management. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related technical field. Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in building fit-out, facilities management, property operations, or commercial building management. Familiarity with tenant renovation processes, authority submissions, and site coordination in office buildings. Strong coordination, English communication (dealing with Expat Stakeholders), and documentation skills when working with tenants and contractors.
